Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out! We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days or 3 weeks after your item has been shipped to request a return. As a small business, inventory management is important for us. If you fail to return your product within 14 days after receiving a return label, you will lose 50% of your refund. If you fail to return your product within 3 weeks after receiving a return label, you will lose your full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

To start a return, you can use our self return portal in your customer account or you can send us an email. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your order refund.

For exchanges, please follow the same instructions as above. We will send you the correct size and you will not be charged this new shipment as it is an even swap!

Damages and issues
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We will request photos of the defects if need be. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards or anything beyond the 21 week return window.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method right away. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but normally it takes 3 business days.
